Facilitating with the DMTC is an opportunity to use your teaching gift in a new environment and invest in emerging pastors and leaders. We offer remuneration for your time and flexibility to help it fit alongside your ministry schedule. Contact Tamara Hudson to learn more.
What is Involved?

Lead weekly online discussions and help students apply course content to ministry in the Canadian context

Use the curriculum framework provided, including video lectures, textbooks, and assignment guidelines
-
Support and encourage students throughout the course journey
-
Grade assignments and provide feedback (usually 5–12 students)
-
Courses typically run over 6–8 weeknight Zoom sessions
-
Facilitators receive remuneration of $2,000 per course.
What is Required
-
Master’s degree with at least 18 hours (6 credits) in the teaching area
-
Familiarity with a Wesleyan-Holiness approach to theology and ministry
-
Ability to guide discussion, mentor adult learners, and connect learning to practical ministry
